They charged me nearly 3800 dollars for a 40 gallon water heater. Later I found out I was basically robbed, because I found out a water heater installed, someone told be it normally should be about 2100-2200 bucks. The install was fine, good workmanship. But I also should add that the day they were supposed to come, I waited around for hours and they never showed. I called only to find out they canceled my appointment without even calling me to let me know. That was weird and unprofessional. They had no explanation of why it was canceled but arranged to reschedule the job for the following day. The vibe I get from their techs is that they are on commission. They try to get the most money from you, on any particular job. The silver lining is that as far as plumbing goes, a bit expensive for sure, but if you have an emergency they usually can send someone out right away and get the job done.

We chose the 12-4 PM window. At 3 PM, they called to cancel my appointment, saying there was nothing they could do. Their only solution was to reschedule for the following day, after I had already wasted most of my day waiting for them. What made it even more frustrating was that they had mentioned there was a later appointment window available, yet they still canceled my appointment before my scheduled window had even ended. When I asked how that made sense, they couldn't provide an explanation. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication and lack of respect for their customers' time.

If your idea of customer service is performing work WITHOUT discussing costs, sending SURPRISE…read moreBILLS afterward, and then dragging customers into court, this is apparently the company for you. We had a service contract. A technician came out, replaced parts, never discussed pricing, never asked for authorization, and when we asked about an invoice before he left, we were told, "You're all good." Spoiler alert: we were not all good. About a month later, the company withdrew $285 from my bank account without any prior notice. Mind you, I provided my debit card number for 1 oil delivery and then again for a service contract. I did not authorize them to "keep my card on file", but they did. That was how I learned there was apparently a bill. Not from a phone call. Not from an invoice. Not from a discussion. Just a surprise withdrawal. Then came round two. During an annual tune-up that was included in the service package we had already paid for, more parts were allegedly replaced. Once again, nobody discussed costs. Once again, nobody requested authorization. Once again, a bill magically appeared afterward. At that point I started reading reviews and was amazed to find multiple customers describing experiences that sounded incredibly familiar. Apparently, I wasn't the only person wondering why costs seem to become visible only after the work is already done. The company eventually took me to court over the disputed charges. After all the time, aggravation, paperwork, and stress, the case settled for a small fraction of what they were demanding. The lesson I learned? If this company tells you, "You're all good," immediately ask them to define what that means in writing. If you choose to do business with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. Ask for prices before a single screw is turned. Ask what parts are being replaced. Ask what isn't covered. Ask what will be billed later. Ask twice. Repairs cost money. Parts cost money. Nobody expects free service. What customers do expect is honesty, communication, and the opportunity to approve charges before they're billed. Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering them to read the reviews very carefully before making that decision.
