When I expressed to them that I was not satisfied and said that I couldn't use them the guy said sorry, we don't print a lot of photos here. He wouldn't reprint or refund my money. The problem is that when I asked if they could print them they said yes and there was no issue. They also told me that they would email me the price estimate but they did not. Just went ahead and printed them. This was an order of 30 photos so I don't understand why they would keep printing them if the first one came out looking the way it did. Anyway I will not be using them again and you should think twice before being a customer of theirs; because once they have your money they're happy. Whether you're satisfied or not.

They were such a delightful pair--the Great Dane was especially calm and welcoming for its size, adding a unique, joyful vibe to the experience. Excited for my daughters to encounter them like I had in the past, I asked upon entering, "Where are the puppies?" I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I'd recommend others take their packages elsewhere for a more pleasant interaction.
