They are bookended by two businesses that own the neighboring parking lots on either side and behind 15 Perry and are none too happy when people park there (even if their own parking lots rarely fill up). The lot across the street is the employee lot for the post office and although almost always pretty empty they now have LARGE warning signs about parking there. There is a parking lot around the corner that you can park in and parking on the street near by is usually pretty easy, but just plan accordingly when you arrive the first time so you don't discover you have to re-park to avoid the boot or a ticket.

After hours, I came across Divvy Desk through a Google search and submitted an inquiry through their website (https://www.divvydesk.com/). To my surprise, I received a response within an hour--even though it was late in the evening. Daniel was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially given my last-minute and urgent situation. We quickly aligned on a 3-day daily-use arrangement, and David promptly sent over DocuSign agreements and payment forms. The entire onboarding process was smooth and efficient. After completing everything, I received a very thorough and well-written email with building access codes, office entry details, WiFi information, and clear guidance on shared space etiquette. The workspace itself was easy to access, clean, quiet, and provided the level of privacy I needed for professional calls. The Griffin location is clearly very new (I was there from 3/31-4/2/ 2026), and David proactively communicated that a few finishing touches--like wall décor--were still in progress. These were absolutely non-issues, but I appreciated the transparency ahead of time. Based on my experience--especially the outstanding responsiveness and customer service from David--I highly recommend Divvy Desk. I would have 2 minor suggestions for them if they read this: The small Americano probably uses 1 shot. The large probably 2. I ordered the medium and it seemed just a bit weak, personal perference. The booking process was easy, and the team who runs it is very responsive. I'd use this venue again! The only things to note in terms of whether or not the venue will work for you are as follows: The "Sky box" room has a steep flight of stairs to access, no elevator. The bathroom is separated by a curtain, no wall, so ti is not soundproof. That was fine for us, as it was a busy party with lots of background noise so it was private enough.
