So I met with Tom who seemed very competent. We agreed a…read morescope of work and timescale and I paid the deposit. Tom slipped the installation by 2 days due to weather conditions which is acceptable. In the meantime I had read the reviews on this website and seen the reports on on the trading standards site all very poor and suggest that Tom is not to be trusted. He installed a new paver path at our house with included a raised step,I watched the whole job from demolition of the old path to the application of the sealer on the finished job. The job was done to specification using the correct foundation and top mix materials to provide a solid base . Apart from the slight slip in schedule the job is of an excellent quality,Tom is very responsive and answered his phone every single time I called.He responded to all requests positively left the site clean and tidy. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the slippage in timescale which to be fair was due to weather conditions.
