I am shocked on how unavailable this company is. The 833 number doesn't work, their chat is never available and every time you call, at min. you are on hold for 30 min. before you give up and hang up the phone. You can't even connect with someone online to get questions answered via email. I had to file a complaint with BBB because of them not responding. I really would like to leave no stars, they are the absolute worst I know insurance is expensive but do not go with this cheap insurance because u will get even less than u paid for, my policy was paid up and did not need to be renewed until 3/3 I filed a claim and now somehow on the same day I had an accident, which was before 3/3, they say I failed to pay them and my coverage was canceled at 7am and then reinstated at 8pm that same day of my accident but why would a payment be owed if my policy was paid up and did not need to be renewed until 3/3 please help me make it make sense, they will commit fraud to not pay u, don't do it read more

I was in an accident Feb 14th, around 1:40 AM. I reported it and did a claim the very next day Feb 15. My car is not drivable, it has been over a month and half. My husband and I were both hurt and they have yet to settle the claims and have not done anything about my car. It took them 26 days to get me a rental. No one has contacted me about anything. They don't answer their phones and do not return phone calls or messages. Now they are refusing to pay for my rental and have not done anything about my car. I have had the worst experience with this insurance company. I have had insurance for 34 years, while insuring various vechiles, and I have never been treated this horrendously. I chose to go with them, because they were recommended to me by family members. I filed a claim on February 14, 2022, and they sent a field adjuster to inspect the damages. Roy Rivera inspected my car, and then told me that he would have my car back on the road in no time. I took photos myself, and emailed them to GO Auto as well as the photos that Roy took. It is now the 28th of February, and my claim still has not been resolved, updated, or even completed. There has not even been a decision made regarding anything towards my car. I pay for comprehensive full coverage, and I am paying for insurance that I can not even use. The agent, Oswald Brannon, has not even attempted to move my claim along, due to the fact that he is waiting on an estimate. This has been told to me for 9 of the 14 days since I have filed my claim. Rivera said to me that there was significant damage, but he has to get an estimate on tires. I called a tire shop today, and I received an estimate in 15 minutes. Why does it take an insurance company 14 days + to get an estimate? All of the while that this is going on, my car has sat for all of this time, some petty crooks have stolen the muffler off of my car while it sat waiting in the insurance company's decision. I would never ever recommend this insurance company to anyone other than the BBB and the FCRA for false advertising and bait and switch tactics. All of this is going on, and I paid the monthly insurance; now it is time for another payment and there is still no resolution from the claim that I filed.
