They don't open until 2pm on Sundays, I will try to get Yelp to update. We showed up at noon so had to figure out how to waste a couple hours, which was a bit difficult since most retail in this area is closed on Sunday. We were starving once we came back at 2pm, and each ordered a dog. We can't read Norwegian that well so kind of flew by the seat of our pants, but it turned out all good. The beer selection here is good, and not horribly overpriced. I really like the vibe of the place, it's spacious, had covered outdoor seating, and comfy to hang out and stay a while. We both really enjoyed the dogs, I like mine best but my husbands was really good too. He got the Puerco, and I don't remember the name of mine. We also got the polse chip things which were interesting... they were thinly sliced sausage cooked until crispy and you dip them in bbq sauce. Most surprising was the vegan dog; it didn't have the snap of the other sausages but otherwise it was indistinguishable from them. We had 4 of them (Puerco, MIM, Completo, and Bunga Bunga) and the Puerco (chili dog with chips, cheese, and their chili mayo) was the clear favorite. They also have a dozen beers on tap here, originating from the US to Japan. Total cost for 4 dogs + 2 beers was 532 NOK (about $66 US) which is an average price.

The menu listed just waffles (choose up to three toppings) and ice cream (which could also be a topping). We tried the butter, jam and brown cheese (brunost) combination. The waffle was crisp and thin. Together the flavors blended well together (had some hesitation about the brown cheese but go happy we got it) and the end result was quite tasty. Everything from Macrons, ice cream, pizza, dim sum, moose burgers, Hungarian fry breads, sushi, and you name it. There are several good restaurants around it as well. Super family and kid friendly. Some places have their own tables and there is a center area where the whole gang can find their feast and meet in the middle. Most of the food places close around 8 PM so maybe not a late night spot all though there a several places serving adult beverages after 8 PM. Most of the food court places do not serve alcohol so grab your pain killers from one place and food from another. If you are in Oslo, carve out a lunch or dinner time slot and figure out how to eat here and try a little something from several places. Most definitely eat here and have fun!!!!

Kids got fresh pizza - which they loved and my wife's curry was "meh." The price tag for five people was nearly $200 -- well more than I would have expected for a glorified food court. But, ambience was nice - no air conditioning however - on one of Oslo's hottest days on record. So all in all, a tiring trek for average food at high prices. We will pass on this next time.
