While my passive ROM was moderate at best, my active was incapable of lifting. I suffered for a day and night, which I was up to experience most of it due to the pain. The next morning, I came to Panda Massage before they even arrived and waited in the parking lot. They were about 15 mins past the posted open time so I almost left but am so glad I waited. I called and due to a language barrier, an appointment was not secured. They arrived and the lady called me back. I went in and they greeted me immediately. I explained my pain and the manager assigned my therapist. My therapist was attentive, asked questions, conducted gait tests and immediately assessed with trigger point therapy. It was incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I was told to give it a couple hours and use my arm then come back in a couple days. Exactly that is what happened. My arm felt so much better. It would be a five star rating but when I went back I requested the same therapist, which I got. The therapist recommended oil massage vs combo. I complied because at this point, I am confident in their ability and expertise. I didn't feel the second treatment was good. Not even mediocre. To be fair, we went in the evening vs first thing in the morning, so the energy levels are completely contrasted. Either way, the first session was so amazing, I will be going back to reevaluate.
