I've been working heavily lately, so I knew I was in severe need of self care, my only hope was that Kim could help ease my physical discomfort. The instructors are attentive and bring a level of heart and awareness for what is needed in the moment that I have struggled to find elsewhere. The exterior is deceiving in the heart of White City with an entrance from the alley, my first visit had me trepidatious upon arrival; however, from that first class to this day when I walk through the doors, I am instantly flooded by a sense of serenity that I struggled to find elsewhere. It is a 30 minute drive from my home, but every class is worth it. So many experiences I have at the Heart Center take me back to the beautiful yoga I experienced in India.
