Now they're threatening to send me to collections over this but nobody will answer the phone to allow me to make a payment that I shouldn't have to pay in the first place. I am a good patient who always paid my bills on time and never missed my appointments and this is how they treat me. I was sick, my own primary DR. told me they could have been in trouble for that if I had got any sicker. I started with Gina who was great. He told me not to worry, but didn't answer my question. On a bad day, Dr. D'Souza is aggressive and profane. In my last visit, he cussed at me and his secretary, a behavior most unfitting for a "professional." In general, he seemed in a tizzy, drowning me out to yell about things quite unrelated to me or my appointment. I would approach Anthony D'Souza as a psychiatrist of last resort. He is unhelpful, uncaring, rude, and you're probably in better hands with anyone else available to you.
