I told him that I would like to get the house clean before Chinese New Year which is Jan 31. I had spoke with Abe a week prior and he said he and his team will come out on Jan 28th, Tuesday and that they will book a carpet cleaner for me as well to come the next day. Perfect I thought! Well, our appointment was at 6pm and they called 5 minutes before the appointment telling me that they took their van in to repairs that afternoon and won't be able to come until the next day. I had to change my doctor's appointment that day and they only gave me a 5 minute notice when they took their car in for repairs hours beforehand. I was upset but Abe offered to come the following day and I said that is fine. Our appointment was then set for 6pm on Jan 29th and Abe texted me at 530pm saying they are almost done with their current job and will be there. 3 hours later of back and forth texts and no one showed up. He kept on saying someone will be there and no one showed up. At 9pm, I told him that it is too late and he says he couldn't get in touch of his colleague and that he will tell me what happened the next day once he gets more detail. He never called me the next day. My house didn't get cleaned before the date I needed it to be done and there wasn't enough time for me to book another cleaning service. I am really appalled by how rude and unreliable this company is. I will absolutely recommend anyone who values promptness and professionalism to stay away from this kind of place.

The only thing I don't like is that I wish we can make specific appointment times and not just choose from either 8 AM - 12 noon OR 1 - 5 PM because that's half the day waiting around for them to arrive.
