We've enjoyed getting to know the new owners, and can say that they are dedicated to caring for their teachers, and for the children in their schools. We've also seen so many positive changes with the new ownership (the teachers also love the new owners!) and highly recommend the school! And, we fell in love with the Montessori method because of Sonnet. It truly is amazing - aligns with positive/gentle parenting, but also allows children the freedom to develop at his/her own pace. We use so many of the Montessori concepts in our home! The previous reviewers comments do not represent the school we know and love. They seem to be disgruntled about policies on past due payments. The policies were clear when we enrolled and we had no issues with them, and they were completely reasonable policies (the same as in other centers we have enrolled in). They also mentioned having 3 different directors in less than a year - we were there during these changes, and unfortunately, the directors were maybe qualified on paper but did not actually do their job - so glad the owners made the staffing changes they did to bring in the right management!)

I had a very concerning experience with Little Sprouts Daycare. There were multiple incident…read morereports written about my child to the point that even one of the staff members acknowledged it was becoming excessive and didn't make sense. There was also a staff member I did not feel comfortable with at all. She would constantly ask to watch my children, yet she was a major reason my child ended up leaving. It was very confusing and concerning, especially when she later asked if she could be my children's nanny after everything that had happened. On the day I removed my children, one of the workers told me she was happy I was taking them out and said she had things she wanted to tell me about the daycare. That alone raised serious red flags for me. My children never wanted to go inside, and as a parent, that speaks volumes. I also personally witnessed staff yelling at children, which is completely unacceptable. If you are considering this daycare, I strongly encourage you to pay close attention to your child's behavior--especially if your child is nonverbal. While Ms. Erika may seem nice at first, my experience was that she was very difficult to work with. Overall, I am relieved I made the decision to remove my children.
