What was offered at New Ulm Monument was the making of our story as a couple, come to be. Nothing was left out of the equation, and we never felt that our request was too difficult to create. Jeff literally took our thoughts and created them into reality. He was able to gently guide and offer suggestions on how best to make our "ideas" come be. From the choosing of the color, type and size of the stone, to the planning on what would best tell our story, Jeff was extremely patient and attentive. Jeff listened to each of our individual "ideas" as we tried to incorporate our life story to come through on our memorial stone. Jeff was never a "pushy" salesperson. He gave us all the time we needed to finalize our memorial stone, which included numerous changes and ideas, and each time with a Jeff SMILE he was ready to start again and excited to try again to make it "ours". When we saw the finished product installed at the cemetery we were estatic! The memorial stone definitely met our expectations for "high standard" and "high quality", as well as our personal memorial telling our life story. It gave us peace to know that our story will be told for all generations to follow. We send a "thank you" to Jeff and all the workers at New Ulm Monument who made our life story come true. My husband and I were filled with dread and more than a little anxiety at the thought of choosing a…read morehead stone for out son. Elise, at New Ulm Monument, put us completely at ease as she worked with us. She was genuinely caring and compassionate. She asked us questions about our son, let us talk about him, was patient with the inevitable tears and showed us options that would reflect his personality and passions. We chose a simple yet beautiful, unique granite and were assured their engravers could do just about any design we could imagine. We wanted something to reflect our son's love of the ocean and mountains and over the next couple of weeks, the engravers tweaked the design until it was what we absolutely loved. We are so very pleased with their craftsmanship. They took care of everything, kept us updated on their progress with emails and let us know when the stone was set. We highly recommend this company.

I just had Cody weld up 2 patio chairs that needed to be put back together. He came to my house and…read moredid the work so I wouldn't have to haul the chairs anywhere.
