Diamond Mow Masters was willing and available to come out within a couple of hours to provide an estimate as well as begin work. for what it's worth, this is the friday before memorial day. the man that came out is "Jamie". Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value. Diamond Mow Masters will now be my weekly lawn care service provider. Jamie let me now that he also provides landscaping services.

They cut half the lawn because they said there was too much trash on the lawn... when I went to clean up the trash it was not even a quarter of a small trash bag full. The whipping job was horrid! Took a week to come back and fix it. Just got a quote from All Seasons and they are charging me 70 a month with edging. Green scene is the most unprofessional and bad customer service business I have dealt with in a while.

They never asked for my name, callback number, or details on the issue...just brushed it off. Cheyenne and Amanda "cleaned" my carpet. The owner has since responded to my complaint with defensiveness and blame (see their Facebook page). This is the perfect example of how a business should not address negative feedback from its customers in a public forum.

I felt a phone call to tell me they were not coming was warranted and told them as much. Waiting at home for them the entire day without any word from them was frustrating to say the least.
