On the hunt for a Neverfull GM in DE print. Was in Brussels but they didn't have the GM size in…read morestock. As we were flying out of Frankfurt, I called the Frankfurt location and they had 1 left. I knew it may not still be there by the time we arrived later in the day. But I also had a Speedy 30 on the list and so hopped on the ICE and hoped for the best. The SA I spoke on the phone was super sweet but the security (ugh) was another story. He was aggressively rude and condescending. A few minutes later his other buddy was rude to another group. Maybe there are people who come to browse (they are still potential customers) and there are people like myself who only go in to buy. Sorry to the SA who was getting the sale but my $$$ went to another brand. Security @ Frankfurt LV April 1st 4:35pm NEEDS a refresher course on customer service. Dude, you're guarding a door to a freaking store. Do better. Hawaii still has the best service!!!

This was the worst LV store I have ever been to. I went there today because I was interested in one…read moreof their trolleys and also had to get something personalized. After standing out in the cold for quite a while ( they let more customers out than they allowed back in ) I was told to have a seat and that somebody was gonna be right with me. ( I have to mention that today I was dressed casual and apparently when you're my race, casual means something different than when you're oh let's say asian, 'cause it didn't matter what they wore, they got first class treatment ) After about 20 minutes this guy showed up, didn't really care about helping me, telling me to come back tomorrow, because they were busy today and looking everywhere but my direction. He left me standing there after two minutes, telling me to come back two hrs later and walked off. Never cared about helping me with anything else, which was ok at that time, because I did not like his attitude and figured since there was plenty of other employees somebody else would surely help me. Since I'm not familiar with Frankfurt and it was starting to get dark outside I decided to stay in the store, because I was still waiting on someone to help me with the trolley. I sat there for two hours and not a single person came over to check on me or help me. They were busy crawling up the asians a$$es, offering them drinks and full on service. After two hours, I went to the front, again, greeted with an annoyed look and asked if my item was ready. After a little while a young woman came over, first nice person in the store, ( a little too late ) brought me my item and then walked me out of the store. I guess business is booming and missing out on a few thousand extra Euros today isn't a big deal, but they made me feel like trash. That was the last time that I will ever take a step into that store, I have never been treated like that in any of the other ones. Now I understand why friends told me that this store wasn't the greatest. Julia Roberts in pretty woman came to mind, don't judge a book by it's cover, just because today I wore blue jeans, doesn't make me any less of a valued customer than anybody else. Big mistake, huge. Sincerely, a very angry and disappointed customer.

Originally from 1879, the market has weathered numerous changes, including significant reconstruction after World War II. Today, it stands as evidence that Frankfurt is dedicated to its culinary culture. The market is bustling and packed with over 60 stalls from fresh produce, gourmet cheeses to fish... you name it. During our visit, we dined at the Spanish tapas restaurant within the market. The queso fresco was rich and creamy and the spicy patatas bravas were a treat. I can't get over the garlic oil shrimp. I couldn't stop dipping and chowing on the oil and flavor soaked bread. I love me a market!!!

It's a little tough to tell where the entrance is, but we eventually figured it out. Once you walk into this indoor food market, you'll see a whole host of vendors selling pretty much everything under the sun. You'll see produce (fruits and vegetables), nuts, sweets, and much more. You'll also find hot food including German sausage, pizza, and more. If you come hungry, you're not going to be able to resist having some food and buying more than you should while you're there. It's kind of like going to a grocery store hungry. The food hall is on two levels. You'll find friendly vendors. Some offer free samples. I only bought a German sausage and some bread from two lovely German grandmothers. They were smiling, asked me questions about myself, and were a joy. What a cute pair! And the sausage was quite tasty (they have five or so for you to choose from). The prices seem reasonable across the board, even though I didn't buy much.
