Broken pipe and wall, ceiling, and floor repair work aside we were also without water while we needed to search for the source. It was an insanely busy weekend for plumbers or any kind of emergency repair work and there were many, many folks far worse off than us. We'd been ghosted by a plumber and put on a list several days out for an appointment with another. Just as we were staring down 48 more hours without water David responded to my message, said he was on his way, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the pipe fixed and water restored. Very nice guy, fair price, and he even fixed a minor issue with our kitchen sink while he was here. We're very happy customers and look forward to working with him again on some general non-emergency updates!

We had a Toyotomi hot water heater that died a week ago and after search for estimates to replace…read morethe system from eight different company's it was David Aaskov with Warm Waters LLC that came over in a Maine snowstorm and within an hour of leaving the house he emailed me the estimate. I had only received two estimates and most company's could not come over for weeks. David followed up with me right away, answered all of my question's and had an extremely professional manner, website and estimates. Warm Waters LLC was also the most competitive. They arrived on time, installed a Rinnai Propane hot water system in one day and focused on every detail down to the painted white board the whole system is mounted on. We could not be more please with this level of service. Call them, get your estimate and hire them. You will be glad you did.

I was highly dissatisfied with the "service" I received from Mainly Electrical. The renovation on…read moremy home was delayed by 5 months due to things being done incorrectly and untimely. They had a helper performing most of the work without oversight by a master electrician. I needed a 200 amp service done which required coordination with CMP. On the day this was scheduled, Mainly Electrical showed up unprepared and they were unwilling to dig the hole required to have the service done. This was rescheduled with CMP (after I found someone else to dig the hole). At this point it had rained. Once again, Mainly Electrical was not helpful. Rather than taking the time to pump out the water, they said they needed to schedule for a third attempt. I had to pump the water out myself to make sure there were no further delays. At the third attempt to get this done, Dom (the owner of the company) said that he couldnt complete the job and said there was something that needed to be fixed from CMPs end. Rather than waiting for CMP to arrive, he left. It was then discovered that there was a dead leg (something that should have been fixed by the electrician). Not once did Dom take accountability for any of this and continued to blame others for the issues not being resolved. At this point, I decided it was time to discontinue partnership with Mainly Electrical and hire a new electrician to get the job done. Within less than 30 minutes, the new electrician was able to complete the tasks needed for set up of our 200amp service. In addition to this, other electrical errors were discovered that then needed to be fixed. Regardless of this, I was still charged (and found out later I was overcharged). Due to his lack of communication, lack of sense of urgency, lack of accountability, and his unprofessionalism, I would never recommend Dom and his company for electrical needs (big or small). Save yourself the headache and hassle and look elsewhere.
