The furnace would run all day, every day when it's below 30f outside and the house still couldn't get above 66f. They said there's no furnace that can handle Maine weather! What a load of BS! The room the furnace is in has soot covering everything and they could never find anything wrong with it. THEY LITERALLY TAPED THINGS TOGETHER AND THEN LEFT STUFF UNPLUGGED. Note: none of these problems arose until they began "cleaning" it every year.
