This bibimbap had cucumber, red cabbage, carrot, and just sadly, was lousy. Nothing was pickled properly giving off a powerful taste. I had to ask for loads of kimchi just to get some sort of deliciousness in my mouth right then. My boyfriend ordered a bulgogi bibimbap and was super, super disappointed also.
