I had their cheese fundido gyudon one night and the ramen Azteca (Mexican ramen with spicy broth, ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes) another night. The quality was not as good as Japan but it still tasted delicious. The Mexican Japanese fusion was interesting. I really liked the ramen more than the gyudon. I also had their matcha drinks which would not recommend but the food was solid.

The egg gets prepared well for the ramen, but at 420pesos for the Tonkotsu and 380 pesos for the Spicy Sesame, I think it was called Kanmi, these are some of the priciest ramen we've encountered in the citt. The neighborhood is not especially swanky, and though the spicy sesame was pretty good at balancing a light sesame note with a pleasant mild backnote of heat, the tonkotsu tasted almost chicken based and the noodles themselves seemed very eerily similar to spaghetti. They weren't quite pasta but if you served them in a bolognese you could easily think they were. Also, the portion sizes at these prices you might expect would be large, but I ate my whole bowl easily while taking a moderate dose of Ozempic. That usually isn't possible. I think at half the price I'd add a star,, but at this price point unfortunately I would recommend other places. But if spending what equates to about $24 for one bowl of ramen that might leave you hungry, the spicy sesame broth was a decent product.
