Save your money, this is a BS tourist trap! Rusty hooks, none of the reels were loaded with fresh…read moredecent fishing line, mate through a cast net three times for 2 dozen baits which we never used. The "Captain" told us how bad he was feeling when we arrived at the dock. It took an hour to get engines fired up, almost made it to the head pin on the way out but had to turn back for fuel. Captain took us to throw one baited line and a jigged line at three different day markers then we trolled rusty old spoons for remainder of trip. 2 jacks and some Spanish mackerel later we returned to dock. No bottom fishing on wrecks, no site of a oil or gas rig just tourist bull crap boat ride.

We booked a 8 hour trip for July 19th. There was a 80% chance of rain in the forecast. I called…read morethree times that week asking would we have a full day of fishing and each time the answer was yes. I didn't want to drive 3 hours and not have a good time. I would rather rebook. Once we got there we boarded the boat and fueled up. We left about 7 ;15 am. It took us 1 hours to get to a point were we could fish. Captain Brian and Deckhand Jesse talked like we were going to catch some fish. Long story short, we fished for thirty minutes in 10ft of water and it started to sprinkle. Captain said we got bad weather coming and we need to get in. Now there was at least 4 other boats in the same area, that didn't leave. So we headed in and made it back in about 20 minutes. Once we dock he says we owe him $650 of the $850. Now we were on the water for 3 hours top on a 8 hour trip. I told the captain that was not right but he insisted we pay $650. after talking to Donna i Believe, we ended up paying $550, which was still a bit high. I will never use them again. I fish down there at least once a year and this was my worst experience with a charter company. After coming back home I posted it on my Facebook page and a Korean gentleman said he also had a bad experience with this charter. Fish on Charters is terrible. if any questions I can be reached at 601-906-7084. Can provide numbers for people in my group and also the Korean gentlemans group.

He provided a Bluetooth speaker, and a chest with ice. He timed the sunset perfectly for us to have the ceremony. It was very relaxing, smooth ride and none of us got sea sick. I highly recommend for a different way to celebrate in New Orleans. The only downside is the Bathroom is small and tight. If you have mobility issues or are plus sized, this may be an issue for you.

BYOB the day I went so we knew we loved the drinks and food we brought, but he had the cooler and ice all set up. Much cheaper for my crew rather than overpriced drinks!) There is a great covered area to the boat if you don't want to sit in the sun. Whenever the water gets choppy, Vegas will drive the boat further out. Since they only do one cruise a day, you don't feel rushed and can enjoy exactly the day you want. And his dogs are so cute and quiet and well behaved! New Orleans is a fantastic city, but sometimes it's nice to be able to take a step away with some friends and enjoy the water. *Special Note: Apple Maps does not know where this address is, but Google maps does
