The hallingstuenes nevamat was excellent, and each of the four miniature dishes were artfully presented. The trout was a bit overcooked, but the sauce was perfect and the accompaniments were delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Hallingstuene for a Norwegian dinner in Geilo if you don't mind a bit of a wait.
