He told me he would have the ring ready Jan '24. I called in November because we hadn't anything from him on what his design idea would be. The lady told me "Steve said he would have it ready in January as promised." December comes still no sketches. January 11 rolls around and I call again. Steve gets on to tell me hasn't even attempted to get started on it yet. I'm like you told me it would be ready the last time I called. Then he asks me if there was a special occasion or something like birthday or something coming up. Ummm do what?? Why do I need to have a special occasion for you to actually do the work you promised to do?? So it only gets expedited if there is a special occasion? What a waste of 4 months. Bottom line folks, if you want custom work go somewhere else and don't waste time with people who can't honor their word.
