I took it back to them and the girl said "oh all you have to do is pull this part of it up and it will fit in properly but your stones are loose. " So they sent it off to be repaired. The first time I wore them since the so-called fix I was on my way home from the dealership and realized I was missing one of them. We turned around and headed back to the dealership and sure enough there on the pavement was my earring that had been run over by a car. I took it to Zales and asked them if they would fix it since their employee said it would be okay and all I needed was to move this part up and it would be good as new. GUESS AGAIN, so the manager of the zales in the mall in new port richey said there was nothing they could do about it... I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY TOLD ME NOT TO SHOP AT ZALES AND THAT THEIR JEWELRY WAS CRAP. I DO KNOW THIS MUCH I WOULDNT SHOP THEM IF THEY WERE THE LAST JEWELRY STORE IN THIS WHOLE TOWN....
