The installers who came to deliver the granite and cabinets damaged a piece of our front entryway and the owner would not offer to have them repair it. I was very disappointed and not happy especially since my husband decided to pay the full amount after the poor work they did. I didn't agree with it and definitely would ever recommend. If it sounds too good to be true.... I would always second guess from now on....

Right from the very 1st meeting at The Home Show with Frank, we had nothing but wonderful service. We chose them from over 7 different contractors. They were not the cheapest, but, they made us feel like they really cared, and they really DID! We were planning on remodeling both bathrooms in our home. We met the design team, we went in-house to their design and build center, we spent hours (never feeling rushed or unheard), until we picked everything we thought we wanted. Though I had some unconventional picks, no one there made me feel like they were "wrong" after all, we were the clients. We had great tradesmen working with Kitchen and Bathroom Design Center, our point of contact, Shane, was always available, we were in constant contact with him, we knew who was coming, when and approximately what time. We knew what was supposed to happen on each day, who was coming and what we should expect. If there were any hiccups along the way, they were handled immediately. I have to name names...because each deserves to be mentioned... David-The Plumber Ryan-The All in one super fixer Ashe and Andrew-The amazing "helpers" Bryan-The 2nd super fixer Rick- The Wood Guy Donnie-The framer, drywall, and painter The Tile magicians-Lead magician is Domingo If I left anyone out, please forgive me, there was a LOT going on. All of these guys were super respectful of our home, and our time. Both of our bathrooms were complete remodels, they couldn't be more different from each other, but, both are STUNNING! I am 80 yrs old and prefer quality & craftsmanship and decided on tile & grout method. I had used KBF 15 yrs ago to remodel my baths when the father ran the business. He has retired but I am happy to report his two sons have continued the tradition of quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price. My project took three weeks (not one day) but worth the wait... and I actually paid less than the best "acrylic panel" deal! Upon arriving, Tom completely ignore us and pawned us off onto another salesperson, his brother, who helped us for about five minutes before just walking away. Disgusting to treat customers this way. Thankfully, Travis came over and helped us with EVERY THING we needed! Travis alone would be the reason we would go back to ProSource and we would request to work with him and not Tom or his brother. Hopefully this review makes it way to someone there who can give Travis the recognition he deserves! They gave us Travis' and Tom's business card but we threw Tom's away as soon as we left.
