CRST was assigned to handle the delivery, and after two scheduled delivery attempts, I still do not have my product and the explanations I was given were blatantly dishonest. On the first attempt, CRST claimed they went to the wrong Lowe's store to pick up the item and said the product 'wasn't there.' This is impossible, because the correct pickup location is fixed in Lowe's system and clearly listed on the order. The microwave was still sitting in the correct Lowe's store the entire time. On the second attempt, they simply did not show up. When I called them, they first claimed I cancelled the delivery, which was completely false. When I pushed back, their story suddenly changed and they said the item had been delivered and left at my front door. That was another lie. Lowe's tracking showed the microwave was still in the store and had never been picked up by CRST at all. I scheduled a 3rd attempt, and am not hopeful this will make it to my house. The amount of contradiction, incompetence, and outright lying was astonishing. Because of this entire experience.. the no-shows, the false status updates, the contradictory stories, and the total lack of accountability, I will never use any company that partners with CRST for delivery. This has been the most frustrating and unacceptable service experience I've ever had.

On 4/28 I get a text from CRST that it was changed to 5/6. They were not able to get there any sooner so I changed my plans to be here on 5/6 for the install. On 5/5 I get a call from them that delivery is now on 5/7. Twice they changed it the DAY before! They cannot guarantee what time they will be here on 5/7 and I will not be told until the evening of 5/6! I have a business trip that I already rescheduled once because of them and now I cannot change again and I HAVE to leave by noon. How many times am I going to have to reschedule to be told the DAY before it supposed to be installed that it is changed again! I will never buy another appliance from Lowes. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Awful communication and no accountability. I will be going back to Home Depot in the future. Four appliances ordered-paid extra for mileage, install and haul away. So far only two are here.
