Appt was at 3 pm, my name was called at 3 pm. Never happened before in 42 years of seeing Dr.'s. Very please with his and his staff's medical smarts. :) Follow-up 8/30/2016. Staff very professional as usual. All the things that were a concern are improving (blood pressure, etc.). Worth an extra bit of driving.

When trying to make an appointment as a new patient, my initial call was not returned within 2 days and when I tried again and still got a voice mail, I decided not to make an appointment with them.

The worst run office I've ever encountered! On top of that, they actually let a woman with a…read morenon-service dog in the patient waiting room. She even took it out to go to the bathroom and walked it back in and it went over to my 87 year old mother and started sniffing her feet. When I told her to get her dog away from my mother she said I didn't need to be rude, who was rude? When I complained to the office personnel that were making all over the dog, they said they could not do anything about it in case it was a comfort dog, I said you should ask if she had certification. When I said that they turned a deaf ear. I intend to repot this.

Then when it tells you which button to press to make an appointment it rings and then tells you no one is available. I understand the approach to avoid using antibiotics, but having a 2 or 3 year old in pain throughout the night is not easily understood. After 3 trips in 4 days to North Point Pediatrics with our 3 year olds regular Dr. We opted to going to the immediate Care Center to which they prescribed an antibiotic and benzocaine ear drops for pain.... Big Mistake…read more Apparently you are not allowed to speak directly to the billing department, just leave a message and they will call you back....uh-huh! So, I was able to speak with someone finally and told them the charges in question were for my wife who is now deceased. The reply was, " well, she incurred the charges prior to her death." How's that for cold! Since this person was NOT in the billing department (even though she responded to my request to speak with the billing department), she said she would forward a message to them and they would get back to me. 8 days later and still waiting (although hell will most certainly freeze over before they see a dime from me.) Let's face it, these people lack compassion, people skills and business acumen. This is not a doctor's office; this is a shoddy example of sleaziness.
