The staff was very nice but really butcher my name all the time, sometimes I don't even know it's me they're calling! So, half hour into waiting in the room a staff member tells me she's almost done and will be right in. A half hour later I'm tired of waiting and tell them I'm leaving. I had an appointment elsewhere. Also, everyone was clueless to why I was there! Really bad communication.
