So I walk in the office am as my husband am I take our seat a customer comes in complAining that they over charged her nephew 800.00 to file his taxes. So the manager looks at his pAper work an says ," oh yes you were over charged, but there's nothing I can do now". That right there should of told me WALK AWAY!! 2nd) I have a employee file my taxes an she tells me about this 750 dollar advance that they offer. So me, being a struggling mom living paycheck to paycheck decides yea I want to apply. I asked , what do you need to qualify ? Her response was " all you need is to be recie in more than 1,000 back . What !?! Hell yea sign me up. So today comes around an I get a text saying I need to call the tax place. Call, an my taxes were done wrong. Strike2) then I say ok fix them which is A whole 1,000 dollar difference. So I ask about my advance the employee Jennifer said I would most defiantly get. Manager tells me, we should be calling u back about that in 2 to 24 hours . I call them back an wouldn't you know they tell me " I'm sorry you didn't qualify for the advance. Strike 3 !
