The worst part, three weeks after giving them our information we did not hear until April 15th at 9 pm. Arlene calls and tells us we owe more than 10,000. We originally chose this company as Arlene stated she had experience doing taxes for expats. It is appalling to wait till the due date and then spring this large amount on someone. The good news is we took an extension and had another tax preparer take a look and ended up getting a refund. Stay away from this business if you want your taxes done on a timely basis, done right and by someone professional.
