I needed a trailer and after u-haul wouldn't help me I came here. They were super helpful, I was in and out within probably 15 minutes loaded up and everything, which was awesome since I was running late and in a hurry. Fair pricing, I called and told them I wouldn't quite make it back in the 4 hour window I originally told them. They were understanding and charged me a little extra to keep it for 24 hours. They hooked me up with the correct sized ball and a spare tire for an extra 2.00$. Loaded the trailer up for me and I was out. Definetly coming back here next time I need a rental. read more

Anyone considering renting barrels from Crown. Don't do it! My wedding is next weekend and Crown has been extremely difficult to work with and made the entire process very stressful. There has been tons of extra "surprise" charges, our contract has been incorrect multiple times, they have been rude to us on the phone and not working well with our wedding coordinator. Now they are insisting to change an extra $130 on top of the already $270 in delivery charges for 5 barrels and 2 tables. If I could do it again, I wouldn't even consider Crown. I would have preferred to put my flowers and programs on the floor than to go through this!! read more

I've always wanted a pro grade Stihl chainsaw and the arborist blogs mention Crown as the place for new saw purchases and service in Minnesota, so I visited them with the intention of simply looking. The younger taller man who helped us was so professional, knowledgable, and patient that we decided to buy a new MS 261 C-M. Crown gassed it up and topped off the chain oil.
