Although I knew the max settlement would be $50,000, the sent me to their care team for my treatment, which was non existent, and basically split my settlement 3 ways. My wife went to them after she was hit by a man who ran a red light.The Lawyers name was Chris.He promised my wife that she was going to court.She waited and was strung along for almost 5 years.Then the great Lawyer Chris who was assigned to us by Mr Singer decided to go for a capped amount of 100000 and Chris and Springer get 40 percent of the 100000 dollars.My wife is still in serious pain and can hardly do her activities of daily living.She never received compensation for her injuries and long term medical problems that will eventually show its self. I definitely wouldn't recommend Julie B. Hovermale. She told me either I settle or find a different attorney. I never met her in person nor zoom although I requested numerous times. I went in with blind faith trusting that she would have my best interests at heart and professionally. I definitely was wrong. She didn't negotiate in good faith. She communicated with me as though I answer to her and my opinions about my life was of no value. It was if I was of no importance and that was exactly what she shown me when she abruptly withdrew as my attorney on day and the next day approved without any merit.
