I don't know if this region has their main customers that enjoy a high amount of sodium but yuck it was not up to par with what we are used to. Raising Cane's is an incredible way place to eat some great tasting chicken and I will continue to be a fan but this location is not doing what they should be. The fries were only single-fried, but were cut thick enough that they tasted good (especially when dipped in there positively delicious homemade ranch... seriously, all the World Cup tourists who've fallen in love with ranch need to find this spot). We'll definitely be returning as we pass through Texarkana fairly regularly going to visit relatives in AR. I see they have Chicken Livers and I am a fan going way back to my first enjoyed at The Hilltop Inn in Evansville, IN. The Fish and Chips were good, maybe a little dry but nothing some Tartar Sauce won't fix. Ooops, they forgot to put it in the bag. It would have been nice but so would some Malt Vinegar and Salt. I had neither but it worked out. Hush puppies were good and the fries were even better. I really enjoyed the fries. As for the Chicken Livers, I wasn't a huge fan.
