He said he was NOT permitted to charge a fee for himself for his spiritual cleaning services but that I had to buy his chakra candles for the service & the candles costs $800! I did not mishear this bc I asked him several time and I asked why. Lol. When pressed for why the extraordinary cost, Steven explained "monks had spent hours creating the chakra candles with special energy." The whole experience just went down the crap shoot at that point. I was too drained to be upset so I just went along. They brought her lunch the first day and helped her to bed that evening. They forgot to bring her dinner. She then went to the hospital and will not be returning to the facility. They will not refund any of the money she paid for the month. Not even half. They do offer a credit and will go to the facility she is moving to but she will not need help there because it is a full service assisted living facility. I understand the need to have contracts, but this seems to me like bad business practices.

They supplied us with everything we needed and it all came on same day when asked for. They provided a hospital bed, oxygen tanks and machine, adult diapers, pads, wipes, Ensure and all the medications. Our comfort care provider Alexandra ( Alex ) was outstanding, she came by 3 times a week to bath, shave, change sheets, pads and diapers. Her advise we really appreciated. The good thing about Oyuna is that when you call for help you get a experienced Nurse that answers not an answering service. We had bad experiences in the past with 2 other hospice services that weren't there when we needed them so we were hesitant to try it again. I'm glad we found Oyuna Hospice, they totally restored our faith back in Hospice care. Thank you, Oyuna Hospice.
