The service is wonderful & the staff in there have worked there for years and know their regulars very well. The food is fantastic and the menu extensive. The prices arent cheap but you pay for the quality. In particular i would recomend the sweet & sour spare ribs and the fillet of beef that they do. From the outside i have to admit the restaurant doesnt look fantastic but thats because it hasnt been updated much in its a long history. What this shows is that they have built up a respected base of customers who go there time and time again for the friendly service & fantastic food. Trust me on this one, try this place and you wont regret it!

They always get our order perfect, without fail, despite us being a little picky- i always request extra sauce and have to ask for one of our meals to be without onions. The food comes out in a cardboard box if your order is big enough, and everything comes in plastic tubs which you can reuse and never leak! The food is so good I always order extra so that I can snack on them for a few days. Great takeaway, comfortable waiting area with sofas and magazines and lovely staff!

They even have suckling pig (yue je) on Sundays - even this is rare for Brum nowadays. There is a 10% service charge but they do keep your teapot topped up. Free parking at the council car park outside Sol Centre on Sundays too.
