He explained up front in great detail how the timber would be cut and piled; and he worked with us on desired placement of wood chips we wanted to keep for landscape uses. The company's price was competitive, and little more than one week the job was done--removing enormous trees that were hanging over on to our neighbor's property, as well as trimming large cedars away from our roofline. Rogelio, Gold Coast Tree Care's lead technician and owner, used high quality safety gear, and skilled, careful methods to protect the physical safety of all parties concerned, our property, and that of our neighbors. What an incredible experience! Y'all, these guys are pros. They showed up on time for the estimate the day after I sent the request, gave an incredibly reasonably rate (I asked for consult on two other trees and just ended up adding some trimming to the contract) and got to work less than two days later. I had a very large cherry tree wrapped in ivy and blackberry vines that was impeding about 4 different power/electrical lines. Other companies told me I would have to call and coordinate all the service/utility providers to drop lines all on the same day. Not Golden Coast. This team is incredibly skilled and completely removed the entire tree without disturbing ANY of the lines! They even cut the trunk of the tree into smaller stumps that I'm using as seating around a fire pit. They were ALL extremely professional, informative, responsive, careful and very kind. Cleaned the entire area up leaving it in better condition than it was originally. Because their rate was so reasonable, it allowed me to provide them with a tip for the crew, which they SO deserved. My neighbors are also thrilled and impressed by their work which makes my living easier. I highly recommend this company and will be working with them again!! read more

Very satisfied with the work and the results of this company. The pricing and the quality of the arborist and the work crew was on point. The crew worked safely, and were very knowledgeable with their equipment and their system. They removed 2 trees, and cleared a gigantic vine which was strangling one of my wider trees. Trimming/sailing of 3 other trees, all in a days work. They cleaned up the yard quite well when done and also stacked the logs by the curb. These guys are the best!! And very nice. We had a several trees cut down and cut to fire log sizes plus trimming of overhanging branches for 2 whole days. The service was prompt, curteus at a competetive price and I could not be more pleased. They stacked all the wood neatly and left the chips for us in a tidy pile. All this without damaging other cherished plants around the trees. So pleasantly surprised at how very nicely everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this company! Called on a Sunday and Miguel Hernandez a sales representative showed up to give us a quote less than an hour later. Great prices! They came the next morning to get the job done. Did a great job on a very beautiful old Yew tree. Miguel stayed and worked with his crew making sure they were safe and helping with cleanup. The goal was to make sure the tree was healthy and safe and to also have a better view. They even came inside to make sure they cut the right branches to accomplish the view! We set up an appointment to get an estimate for tree trimming . No one showed up, never called and never answered the phone when we tried to call to ask if they were coming. Christian & the crew were fantastic! They spent a total of 6 hours, 2 different days around the holiday to take down many trees on our property. They were accommodating of our time which was fantastic! The arborists were able to give advice & suggestions, take down trees, chip what they could, and also leave rounds of wood for us to use this winter.
