I'm NOWHERE near pay off the loan and I pay more than the recommended. It's an interest bearing loan. The worse financial decision I ever made was going to this organization. I mean, the worst. If you receive an offer letter from them, shred it and burn it. Run away, I mean, FAR AWAY from them. They'll entice you by saying, 'we can deposit the money in one business.' It's true but it'll take you years to pay it off... and they'll come after the co-signer if you fail to pay the loan. Two thing you can't avoid in life; death and taxes. If they could, they'll tax you even after your death.

While there were a few hiccups during the initial transition, they were resolved without huge problem, BUT NOW is a different story. After PremierAmerica transitioned to a new software system (which includes bill pay), even though I followed the instructions for what date I should schedule my bills to be paid, at least 2 of my payments were late and I have incurred late fees, penalties and interest. When I called to research what happened, I am getting very poor customer service (in addition to long waits). I'm am a joint member on the accounts and have handled everything with the accounts up to this point, yet today one of the customer service reps refused to help me saying that I wasn't the primary (yet everyone else, even today, was able to help me after they were able to verify who I am). This rep in Bill Pay was very rude and not helpful in the least. She just kept repeating that she couldn't help me and supposedly gave me the number to "Bill Pay Admin" who should be able to handle this, yet it was just the main number AND then after another LONG wait the SAME unhelpful rep answered the phone again and when I asked for the correct number she hung up on me. It sounds like it is time to change credit unions, since it appears you cannot simply pay bills when you say you will and have customer service representatives that are rude and unhelpful

I had to pay my car insurance deductible a few days before pay day, and needed the payday advance. Ayanna was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen and to explain the options. She put up with me while I explored my options last minute and didn't try to rush me into the decision. They called in advance of the payment drafting to make sure all was good, just in case anything had changed. It was difficult to swallow that I paid $101 in fees to get my deductible amount only a few days before payday...but the pay back process was easy. I paid the full amount back on my paycheck and it was auto drafted from my account. If anyone is ever in need of something like this, I highly recommend them. PS- I used them because they were the ONLY payday loan place on Google with 5 stars. I wanted to make sure that the first time would be a good experience and not some sham.
