This is the only currency exchange in Houston, and they exchange 80 different currencies. There is…read moresomething wrong with the website, so I couldn't find any information online. I called, and they quickly confirmed that they do buy Philippine Pesos. The exchange was fast and simple. They measure coins by weight instead of taking them at face value. I got USD back at 88% of the market value minus a $2 exchange fee. I do wish they advertised this information, like the fees and coins, at the booth. I am very happy this place exists because I was worried I would just be stuck with a foreign currency forever.

I came here because I have some foreign currency that my own bank will not take and I had a good…read moreexperience here. The person who helped me that day, her name is Elizabeth. She was very knowledgeable able the foreign currency I had on me and was able to confirm if they accept it or not and explain about the rate and the fee. Then I had to wait until 12PM when they are official open for business. By the time I came back there was already an official queue line form on the side. I didn't wait long for my turn. After she count the money and confirm how much USD I will get back and wait for my confirmation before she proceed with the exchange. No ID needed and she count out the cash back to me and then hand it to me. Very professional worker, Elizabeth. She also gave me a coupon for a discount fees for next time.

Wells Fargo Bank - Pretty angle

Yeap. I found this Wells Fargo Bank by this frustrated Asian man. I told Google to give me Wells…read moreFargo and it took me to see the advisor around the corner. Then, I pulled out Yelp app. So, here I am. It's Sunday on Christmas Eve. Of course, I didn't come into the branch. I used the ATM outside. Parking is plenty. I noticed signs warn medical center visitors as their cars will be towed for business next door. Wow. Okay. Only issue I had was one of the two ATMs couldn't let me deposit. I had to wait for the other one opened up. I didn't mind waiting anyway. Got lots of photos of this pretty place. I would come back for more because the shopping district puts out lots of Christmas lights alongside the Gessner Road.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!…read more I received a $100 Bonus Offer to open an account with Wells Fargo. I brought it in and signed up on 9/2/14. You had to use your debit card 10 times in the 60 days to receive the $100. I did that and it is 11/13/14 and I have not received my credit. I called the location and the banker that I opened with moved to another location and the location could not see if the personal offer code had been used to open the account. The person I spoke to offered the banker's (Sharda) new number so that I could follow up with her. If you cant see if the offer code was entered how is she going to know anything? Its not like she is going to remember me. The banker that I spoke to said that he could call the back office to find out but that it would take a bunch of work so that is why he offered for ME to follow up with Sharda. I should not have to do their job for them. If it requires some work, that is your job as a banker. I also called the 1-800 number and the person I spoke with said that they couldnt see anything and that I would have to go into the bank to speak with someone. This has been a huge inconvenience and I will never bank with Wells Fargo again. I feel like this was false advertisement!!!
