While the suit came back in good condition, the polo shirts didn't. One developed a hole in the front and another lost a button which also ripped out material from the stitching. Platinum denied all responsibility, claiming they must have been damaged before being handed in (most certainly not). Because of their rough handling of a relatively sensitive fabric, I'm now out over £200 for my nicest clothes, which I'll struggle to replace. Don't trust the company's work, they won't stand behind it.
