It was close to my work and convenient. I dropped off around noon and picked it up when it opened the following day. They did a pretty good job, it was clean and nicely folded. The laundry was charged by weight, it can add up but the price you pay for convenience. The laundry mat looks clean, lots of machines I don't know how much they charge per use but I would assume way cheaper than drop off service.

But I do have valid complaint regarding the manager who also owns the business. Today I did my laundry in an older machine. It's at the back row and 4.00. Because it was very busy , it was the only machine available, so I put it xtra clothes in the machine. This is the only time I have done this. I'm not the only customer who has done this and I most likely won't be the last. After loading the machine I went to sit outside , and then when I returned , the lid of the washer was up. The manager was at the sink and instead of saying to me, "Excuse me miss but you put too many clothes in the machine. Please don't overload next time". But he proceeded to communicate to me in a very condescending way, that was rude, and belittling, and rolling his eyes at me like I am completely stupid. Then he proceeded to tell me that the engine of the machine was giving off an unpleasant odour can't I smell it, and it's ruining the machine. And because of me the cost of doing laundry goes up for everyone. ( lol... all because of me heh lol) There was no odour. That machine is used over and over again, so for me overloading , is not going to be my fault. So then I asked him if it's ok if I put the lid down of the washer, so the wash could finish, there were 4 minutes left. He replied " Oh... what are you trying to ask me now?", in a snitty rude arrogant voice. Then he says " Oh and that's not washing." and rolls his eyes , shakes his head and rudely walks away. He also said that my clothes would be soaking wet when I take them out. My clothes were washed My clothes were not soaking wet. This was a very humiliating way to be treated. Seemed reasonable at 12 bucks. Trip number two: I came back a day after they told me the pants will be ready, they still weren't there. Not great. Number three: I came back to get the pants, waiting for another customer voice concerns that they had lost three of his shirts, finally got to deal with employee who brought out my pants, only to show that they had not patched the location I requested at all, instead had put a new patch on a tiny hole next to the location. I informed the employee that this iron patch would fail very quickly. She insured me that it was fine, and they would repair them if they did fail. Surprise surprise, I bought a week later the patch did failed because it was not reinforced with thread as I requested. I am on my way back now for visit number four to see if I can get them repaired properly this time. Recap, so it's going to take bare minimum five visits when it should've only taken two, and that's providing that they actually do the repair correctly on the next try. Not great

It's a nice, clean laundromat, the machines look pretty new and appear to be in good working condition. The place was pretty busy on the Saturday that I went. Looks like you have the option of doing it yourself, or there is also a drop off service. They also do dry cleaning. Fast, friendly service. I dropped the dog bed off at about 2pm, and it was ready for pick up by 5pm in the cleanest, freshest condition I have seen it in years. Highly recommend this place. Free wifi. Free parking out front, and there are a few spots in the back as well. Student discount available with valid student ID with drop off services. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent/stain remover. They really charge an arm and a leg for it!

On the rare occasion a sweat stain on a collar didn't come out the first time, they'd run it through again and there was never a problem. I don't dress formally as often now so, after a few years away, I returned with four dress shirts. One came clean the first time through. They took the other three back to run through again. Another came clean with the second effort. Left the remaining two. One came mostly clean the third time and I figured it was close enough but the fourth was still not right. They ran it through once more. This time it returned, still not clean, with this little love note: "We will NOT re-clean this shirt again. This collar with NEVER COME CLEAN. Cleaned 5 times!! Perhaps you could try another cleaners that are more to your satisfaction." It was signed "RB, owner". No apology. No phone call, though I'd left my number and asked for the manager to call after the third try. No offer to refund for the shirt that didn't come clean. RB, the owner, need not worry about me returning. That will never happen.
