I first took the yoga sculpt (not heated) class and got a great workout. They offer an essential oil disinfectant spray for your mats. One thing that makes this place different is their humidifier in the room. It's massive and makes a huge difference so I'm excited to get a hot class in soon. Tip: make sure to bring your own towel to clean your mat since they're eco-friendly and don't have disposable towels. They accept classpass but they're doing a special for Black Friday 11/28-30. Parking- there's street parking out front and thankfully I found a spot up the street.

It's as if a water station is not a normal thing at a work out studio so I don't understand the attitude in the response. They probably wanted me to buy their water which I can understand, however it was the attitude given to me that bothered me. I took a break outside of the class and there were other girls outside taking a break as well, indicating that they had empty water bottles and the heat was too much for them but they didn't have any water. I gave more stars than I wanted because of the instructor, Sam. She was so nice and accommodating and I loved her energy. She checked in on the people taking breaks, I appreciated her teaching the class!

I was worried then that I'd never find similar quality elsewhere. I was SO wrong. A Balanced Yogi offered REAL yoga classes (not "gym" yoga), and they had an affordable, fair package that I was comfortable signing up for.) Sadly, I must part ways again - but for logistical reasons this time. We got lucky with parking up front but it's shared with a bunch of other businesses so always leave yourself with enough time. Jasmine was our instructor for the yin yoga class. She explained which items to grab for the session and made room for us. Both me and my husband felt super relaxed during and after the class. It's the perfect relaxation for the mind and body after a long day of work. She ended the session with a sound bowl that was nice. Definitely recommend this class and location especially since they offer it through classpass Next time, I'm going to try one of their loud boot camp type classes that was happening across the hallway.
