I go to this dispensary all the time and it's cool but the one time I was in I forgot I couldn't hit my vape and so I hit it in the store and the was extremely rude. I understand that we can't smoke in shop, but she could've had a good customer service and just told me hey I'm sorry, but you can't hit that in here but no instead of that she went straight to saying I will be banned from the store. She talked to me like I've did it multiple times before I did not like that I will not be going back. To the store I'll just find somewhere else. read more

Golden Meds Denver on Quebec they have very good customer service that is always friendly and helpful. They show patience when/while service customers. I would recommend them as far as any other dispensaries and will go across town to be served by them. five stars and a thumbs up. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. They advertise a sell of a product for 40% off but the cell service was so bad that they wouldn't honor the coupon because I couldn't pull it up. Seriously? I'll never go back. read more

I wish I could leave a zero stars review. Me & My boyfriend was leaving this establishment and found money on the floor. There was a witness in the lobby , a Caucasian lady. SHE DID NOT PICK THE MONEY UP OR CLAIM IT. We picked the money up & did not turn it in, we left. Once we got home we get a call & say he is BANNED for taking the money. It was found #1 & #2 the lady in the lobby could have said hey guys that's mine we would have returned it. Also when we have had issues with lost money they did not call the customer before us to give them this same treatment! We were just SOL. She watched us take it & did not speak. The man on the phone name started with a J and was very rude. We told him she did not claim it & we are unable to bring it back. Now my boyfriend is banned, I don't think it is fair & would not suggest this discriminatory dispensary to anyone. read more

I used to love this store, I visited tonight all the way from Colorado Springs as I recently moved. I had visited a few days before today to and the store manager Alie told me that I would get a goodie bag on the next visit and took my name and number. So upon arrival tonight I ask about this and am met with a blank stare and idk what you're talking about. I told him she took my name and number down to which he didn't look at all and said i don't know what to tell you. My friend bought something and I didn't. This guy put one of their purchases under my name so when I went to the next golden meds I couldn't get anything. Thank you guys for a waste of 5 hrs, don't bother going here their selection SUCKS compared to what it used to be. read more

In her conversation with the customer, they both discussed how illegal immigrants are to blame for the state of the country while Morgan also added her disgust for a homeless shelter being built close to the dispensary. I felt extremely uncomfortable (as a migrant myself) having to endure this conversation during my visit, and left very disappointed that the staff thinks their employment is the best place to speak political affairs.

She was curt and non-friendly and when I asked her questions on the product she'd have an attitude and would answer quickly and she was standing away from the register to it was hard to hear her, so when I asked her to repeat herself she visibly looked annoyed at me and would answer in an annoyed tone. This made me not even want to ask any questions on the product so I asked her to just let me see them that way I didn't have to keep asking, which it clearly bothered her when I asked ANY question. When I asked her if I did something to upset her she said "well you kept asking me to repeat myself and customers aren't allowed to touch product" To me that wasn't reason enough to justify mistreatment and clearly a flagrantly nasty attitude towards a customer. I asked to speak with a manager and all I was told is "everyone has bad days" I hope she is reprimanded and talked because I wanted to cry when leaving just from how she treated me and how because I had to stand up for myself. I shouldn't have to do that when going in for my weed, and I should be able to asked questions about the product IM BUYING.

**PSA DO NOT SHOP HERE IN THE AM** Let me start by saying that I love golden meds Quebec. They are my go to spot, but this is a warning for everybody. DO NOT GO Weekday mornings. A normally fun and cheerful environment, the energy is sucked dry by one person who works there. She's lucky none of the employees would tell me her name, but this person is vile. It was like the second she thought I wasn't spending a lot of money I became nothing to them. I was only grabbing a few pre rolls for a party but normally I get way more. She spent the entire time flirting with the other bud tender, and on her phone. It was like every time I asked to see something was the end of the world. She wouldn't even open up the jars for me (probably cause of the nails). I chalked the first time up as them having a bad day, but she has treated me like this multiple times. I have even seen her belittle the other staff in front of me. She must be friends with the owner or something, because any manger would know she's bad for business. Personally I'm disgusted a person like this works here, and I can't be the only one to think this. Literally none of the other staff is like this individual.
