I walked in with a very senior and well-behaved St. Bernard and she was not on her leash so the guy asked nicely if I had a leash for her, so I just gathered her to my other dog leash and he refused for me to enter into the establishment since I didn't have an individual leash for a dog, but though she was in my control But besides that making me mad, this is what bothered me. I asked for my ID card back and he refused it and said I can't give this back to you until the dog is leashed so I demand my ID card back and then he gave it back to me and I will never be going back to that location or that dispensary again that was just absolutely disrespectful and stupid to lose a client like that. read more

Very clean and sleek looking establishment. Knowledgable bud tenders who are friendly and helpful. I was able to find a new topical product for knee pain. Tried it last night and it was really good. I was able to find some gummies that contained CBD and THC. They did not have suckers with both THC and CBD (these are becoming harder to find). First-time customers who join the rewards program get a free joint. People who have voted and have their sticker get a free joint. I enjoyed the educational experience. Bad product, unfriendly staff, doesn't honor loyalty points and much more expensive than those nearby.

Me and a close friend of mine were taking a vacation to Colorado and we happen to be at a hotel across the road from native roots and by far they are one of the best dispensary in Colorado. Super nice bud tenders and an overall clean and superior environment to be in with great energy (Positive energy). I spoke with Drew, and he guided me through all the products that they had in stock and what they had deals on and I would give him 10 stars. This is my FAVORITE dispensary and favorite location for NR in particular! I love the staff, they are always happy to see me and happy to help me find something I will like. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be served and the check in process is quick and easy. They always have great weekly deals and an awesome rewards program. The products they carry are pretty standard for a dispensary and I have no complaints about quality! Pricing is very standard and reasonable, as well. Naturally the receipt doesn't have his name. He was the heavy set dude. Then when i waa clarifying to a customer what the mg's do the hispanic guy got snide and rude. Man oh man let me tell you, my wife and I just moved to Denver about a month and a half ago and life has been really crappy, left and right the punches rolled in. Trying to deal with everything without having something to help us relax besides alcohol was basically impossible for us. So we Googled the nearest dispensaries, skipped over a sketchy one across the street from us, and landed on Native Roots. Thank the powers that be that we found this place, it has been a ray of light in a very dark time for us...so to be able to go to a place that is so filled with good energy and friendly helpful people who can turn a bad day into a good day with just one conversation, has been such a blessing. Our first visit we met Kayshawn, an excellent worker with a calm knowledgeable temperament and a super friendly personality and we knew this was the place for us. I'm even considering working here eventually just based on how comfortable and easy-as-breathing our experiences have been at this location.
