A manager came out and tried making me feel bad, implying that I never washed it and said the bugs must have been "baking for days maybe weeks and asking for a third wash is being unreasonable." I explained that it's not unreasonable to expect that a car wash ACTUALLY WASHES CARS, and that my car was just washed a couple days ago but I wanted these new bugs off immediately to PREVENT baking, and showed him how I could easily wipe them off with my fingertip. I had to stand there in the parking lot with a paper napkin and cup of water and wipe the bugs off myself before I could go through a third time, and the manager acted like I was being a horrible person to expect my car to come out clean. I can deal with an occasional machine or soap mixture glitch, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I will not return.

When they tried to install it, they could not loosen the bolt because it was too old, so I went to a repair shop. They said they would charge $50 just to install it, so I left. Then I decided to have it replaced at Walmart and made an appointment. After I came home, I went to a nearby repair shop and had the battery checked. The result was that there was nothing wrong with the battery. I was completely stunned. I had spent the entire day going from place to place just to replace the battery. I was exhausted. But the result was absolutely ridiculous. How can I trust Jiffy Lube after this? I could not help thinking that they must have replaced batteries this way countless times before. I especially wondered whether they may have done this to female customers who do not know much about cars. Yesterday, when I had my engine oil changed, they also told me that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. But later I saw that they had charged me $65 for it. So I checked the prices of similar parts elsewhere. Almost all of them could be purchased for around $20. Why would they do something so outrageous? This location is in Lenox, MA. The last time I went there, they also told me something needed to be replaced. When I compared the price with other places, it was so unreasonable that I decided I would never go back. And now this has happened again.
