He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

Called him in February of 2016 to inform him the stairs needed to be fixed and to come in early spring..Had to chase him down with several phone calls before he finally came back in "June" to fix it..Did half ass job fixing it personally. Also you can see the nails he used to secure the Trek boards are already starting to rust on tops of them. His response was "that is unusal "with no further solution to fix it..I guess I will take what I can get. I am sure when I redo my rear deck (with using another company) I will see if they can address that issue as well and fix it. Jim is a older man and out of respect for his age I did not lean into him, and unleash how pissed I really was about everything. My advice is he should sell the business and retire.
