My wife and I stumbled upon this place while looking at furniture across the street. Our first impression was it had a large inventory of tiles for bathrooms & kitchens. Also the showroom was nicely done with multiple options. We were immediately acknowledged by an employee that introduced himself as Rudy and asked if we had any questions. My wife began to stroll around looking for options on a kitchen remodel. We told Rudy our budget and he said it was doable, since we didn't have any measurements with us he gave us ball park estimates on kitchen cabinets, floor tiles, backsplash and countertops. We asked if we bundled multiple items, if we can get a discount. Without hesitation, he immediately said sure, so we took some photos and went home to get kitchen measurements. We came back a few days later with our measurements and he began to enter them in a 3D software. He spent a lot of time with us entering the dimensions for cabinets, floor tiles, and counter tops because my wife wasn't 100% on the placements of the stove and refrigerator. Since this was our first remodel we never had any contractors and asked if he knew any. To our surprise he gave us names of 3 general contractors. So we asked Rudy to save our progress until we get in touch with these contractors and come back with accurate measurements. After a few appointments & days we actually picked a contractor David from Torco Construction that we liked and with his vision on the remodel. The cabinets and floor tiles that we wanted were in stock for immediate delivery, and they were able to hold them in their warehouse until the contractor would demo the kitchen. The delivery drivers were also proficient in bringing in the floor tiles and cabinets. During the entire process Rudy kept in touch with us on the progress. I have to give so much credit not only Golden Source for such an amazing set of cabinets but most important to Ruddy Flores (store manager) who helped me design my kitchen from the amount of cabinets needed to the extent of picking the colors and glass shelves, etc. He was always there for me when I had any question or concern, I changed my design like 5 times and everytime I was more convinced those changes were for good. I felt so confortable dealing directly with him the whole time. I understood as days went by, he was very dedicated to his job and he was the right person to work with. I'm so happy I came up to him to start my first kitchen project, his knowledge and dedication to put it all together shows in my beautiful kitchen . In addition, besides the good food that Golden Source offers at the entrance of the establishment (which in fact it was very delicious), I have to mention the rest of the staff members who were also very friendly and greeted me with a smile everytime I was there. I can't forget about Juan Carlos who was referred to me by Ruddy, he did such an amazing job in the installation of my cabinets. At times of difficulties, Juan Carlos gave me the serenity and security that everything was going to be fine and certainly everything came out fantastic! In general, I am very pleased I decided to go with Golden Source and I am beyond happy I dealt with Ruddy the whole time. I have been to many Cabinet stores since 2012 and I finally found my dream kitchen ar Golden Source Cabinet in Clifton NJ. As a woman it is not just about the product or pricing alone at least for me . My husband just wanted to make me happy and he did by taking me to Golden Source Cabinet & Stone . With any house project comes a tremendous amount of stress but my salesman Dennis has gone above and beyond to make our experience a truly amazing journey. We are still in the process of remodeling our kitchen and there have been some minor bumps but Dennis has been a God send and has been so patient with my husband and especially me . Our cabinets are already installed and so far Dennis has made good on his word. I also have to mention our delivery guy Ally who was extremely kind and profesional . The next step is to get our granite and back splash with Golden Source and I have no doubt that Dennis will make sure that it goes well . I will post my final review once the kitchen is completed but so far I recommend Golden Source Cabinet & Stone in Clifton . I especially recommend Dennis as your sales guy . I went to Golden Source many times while trying to design my new kitchen. My salesperson, Zack, was always patient, helpful, and informative. He NEVER pushed me to purchase or rushed me into making a decision. He continued to be just as helpful and patient each visit. He listened to my wishlist and stayed within my budget! When I finally made a decision, Zack was beyond thorough and made wonderful suggestions that enhanced the design of my kitchen. Zack then drove over an hour to my location in order to confirm all my measurements. He made further suggestions and developed several different design options. After selecting an option and placing my order, Zack remained in touch and provided continued support when I had any questions. Surprisingly, my order arrived even earlier than expected (and this was in the midst of COVID)! My cabinets were professionally wrapped with no missing parts. A few cabinet doors were mildly damaged (probably during shipping) and were immediately replaced. Our overall experience at Golden Source was exceptional! Golden Source prices were very competitive. Their delivery time was right on point, cabinets delivered within 3 to 4 weeks as promised; whereas competitors were estimating up to 8 weeks or more for the exact same cabinets. We had the pleasure of working with Zack who did an excellent job with planning the design of our kitchen layout and renovation. Incredibly helpful and resourceful. Finished product exceeded our expectations! During the construction process, we needed more crown moulding and few materials. Rudy went the extra mile and placed a rush order to deliver materials directly to our home. Order arrived within days on a Friday evening at our home. How's that for outstanding customer service !!! Our experience with Golden Source has exceeded expectations, especially considering their patience as we dealt with lengthy delays due to new construction builder problems and COVID-19. Ruddy was simply exceptional in working with us to decide on the kitchen cabinet selection and design. my 1st experience last year was so good, that I went back this year, but ooh what a disappointment. they have good stuff, but their customer help is not good at all. no one knows the prices, for each price the salesman have to call the warehouse to get a price that takes about 1/2 hr. the sales man was receiving more personal calls than spending time with the customer. he was speaking Spanish, and I pretended myself not to understand oh boy!!! I should say the salesman need to be trained, i guess they are stock boys. they have no idea what they are selling, nor they could respond to my questions. basically good merchandise very bad service. read more

Douglas and his team at Golden Source did a wonderful job helping us design a basement kitchen and bar at our home in the Bedford area. They were also very helpful in guiding us through selecting material. Their prices were reasonable, they were pleasant throughout the reno period, and the customer service was excellent. It seems like some other reviewers had bad experiences here. I'm not sure if that's because of the other reps (though the ones we worked with all quite good) but be sure to ask for Douglas if you want A+ service. read more

Highly recommend this place! We were renovating our basement and didn't want to spend a lot of money on kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were solid wood and excellent quality and extremely affordable. Was not planning on getting granite countertops but when the salesman quoted me a price...I couldn't pass it up. Delivery was exceptional!
