The employees worked efficiently to complete our food orders before we headed into the movie. The theater was impressive with reclining seats and a great sound system (even though I thought it was a bit too high volume). My only negative comments are - the louder movie in the theater next door overshadowed the quieter movie I was watching. The other comment was the same commercials repeated over and over before the movie began.

There was no one monitoring of the seating, people were in our seats. The theater was sold out. Finally we had to sit in different seats than those we purchased. It became warmer and warmer in the theater, over 80 degrees. The AC was not working. We were not told this at check in. We left prior to the movie starting and told the manager we wanted a refund. We could not get the full amount amount we paid online which is RIDICULOUS. Why should we be financially penalized because your AC does not work? It is very clear that this theater will not survive in Kinston. Corporate level attention needs to be paid to the theater in Kinston.

Seats are worn down, some have uncomfortable bars or hard spots and I find myself shifting around a lot during movies trying to get comfortable. Many theaters elsewhere have reclining seats, its a shame they have no upgraded. Many theater operators seem to have confused loud with with good. Sometimes when at this theater the speakers are cranked up so high the speakers are distorting and painful. I bring ear plugs now and use them to lower the volume.
