I received a ticket for an illegal lane change and planned on taking the driving course option until my cousin told me he used The Traffic Ticket Team back in 2021 when he got a speeding ticket. He said they got his ticket dismissed with no extra cost or penalties and he only had to pay them $75, so I figured that was great deal and decided to use them instead of taking the driving school option. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! Do not use The Traffic Ticket Team if you still have the option to take driving school. After a few months I received an email from The Traffic Ticket Team saying my case was "successful", that no points were assessed, and I don't have to take driving school; the judge only ordered me to pay $163 in court costs - which was the exact cost of my original ticket, which I doubt is a coincidence. Had I selected driving school I would've only had to pay $183 total for the ticket and school. The Traffic Team's cost was $158 to handle my ticket, a far cry from the $75 my cousin paid in 2021. So instead of only having to pay $183, I had to come out of pocket $321. I REPEAT, do not use The Traffic Ticket Team (or any other traffic ticket law firm) if you still have the option to take the driving improvement course. You could very likely wind up coming out of pocket for way more than the cost of your original ticket. This was a costly lesson learned. read more

If I was able to give 0 stars I would but the least is 1 star . Summary: 20 mile over speed limit ticket or so . Hiring these idiots , results: 500$ court fees , points on my license, and they took their fee day I hired them to not only not help but make it worse , never notified and almost got my license suspended The worse place to go . Awful and on top of all worse attitude eveeer . I had a speeding ticket in ochechobee county .21 miles over speed limit . I don't live in that area so I looked this law firm up and contacted them . My ticket was 275$ or something but all I cared about is the points . They never told me it's not guaranteed and never said I can guarantee no points by simply attending a traffic school and pay the ticket . I never heard back and I assumed all is good . 6 months later I receive a letter from the clerk office that my license is gonna be suspended in a week due to not paying my ticket , I call them and they said I was found guilty and judge put a 500$ on me which is double my ticket to begin with but worse I got points on my driver license as well . I hired Jason A. Diamond and 'The Traffic Ticket Team' to handle two tickets I received at once in Monroe County. They gladly accepted the $225 fee that I paid up front. Then they filed the wrong paperwork on my behalf and missed on the the citations completely. This resulted in getting a letter from the Clerk of Court in Monroe County (Kevin Madok) saying that my license is due to be suspended. Never once did this law firm reach out to let me know, I had to do the work myself. After multiple phone calls and back and forth they fixed the problem before my license was suspended. Meanwhile this was all due to a citation of 44 mph in a 35 zone while 'apparently' in a no passing zone. My driving record is clear and I have no points. I had a speeding ticket thrown out a year ago in a different county, prior to that the last ticket I received was 7 years ago. Mr. Diamond (I assume himself but probably not) appeared on my behalf and got the judge to with-held adjudication. Basically he's congratulating himself for getting me no points on a minor traffic infraction with a clean record. Oh and lucky for me I have to pay $306 to the court and 8 hours of driving school. All said and done I will have spend over $500 and 8 hours of my life (away from work) because of the great help of Mr. Jason A. Diamond, Esq. I should have just taken the points and paid a minimal fine. This law firm did absolutely nothing for me and if it wasn't for my own awareness I would have a suspended license at this time. I called the law firm and asked if there was anything else they could do, the operator never bothered to refer me to anyone just told me, "that's all they could do for me and to have a nice day." I received a traffic ticket and hired the Traffic Ticket Team's Hollywood office after I received my court date. I then received a letter in the mail informing me that they would go to the court date and I would receive a letter in the mail with the outcome of the ticket. Fast forward about a month and I received no further communication from them. I lost my license and went to get a replacement and was informed that my license was about to get suspended due to non-payment of a traffic ticket. When I called the office on 6/17/15 at approximately 9:30 a.m. to inquire about what was happening, I was informed that they 'tried' to contact me and that was all they were required to do. The rude woman I spoke with told me that they mailed me a letter and left a voicemail so they had done all they could. When I pressed further, I found out that the letter was returned in the mail (by no fault of my own. Someone in their office entered my address incorrectly since I received their first communication quite fine). She then proceeded to insist that they left a voicemail. When I asked her the date the voicemail was left, I found out that she was lying as there was no record of a voicemail from them on that date (even verified this with my phone company). When she realized I caught her in a lie, she then told me that regardless of whether or not they left a voicemail, I should've called sooner. No where in the letter they said did they state that I should call to find out the result. I asked for a supervisor and she put me on hold twice while she pretended to get one. She then told me that there was no supervisor ever in the office. So, apparently this office has one woman working there with no supervisor. I suspect that she made a mistake (which ended up costing me fees and almost getting my license suspended) and then tried to cover up for it. I know mistakes happen but the level of customer service that happened after the fact is unbelievably poor. I don't know if the other offices operate in the same manner with such incompetent staff but I would never hire this office again. read more

I am shocked at the unprofessionalism of this business. On 03/17/2015 I received a ticket for speeding in West Palm. I called the Ticket Team to take care of this for me. I didn't hear back about the ticket so I assumed all was fine. Boy, was I wrong. Because the business was located in Broward County and not Palm Beach, they didn't do anything (except take my money to resolve the ticket.) Fast forward a YEAR AND A HALF (08/05/2016). I just received a call from the Ticket Team that I may want to check on that speeding ticket because they didn't do anything about it. This means that I could have had a bench warrant out for me this whole time AND, West Palm Beach Ticket Office informed me, had my license revoked. If I could give 0 stars I would. First ticket in 10 years. Ticket was $169 Plus additional if I took a class to remove points. They assured me they win 99% of all cases. It cost me $130.00 and all I received was the points gone for ticket, which would have been a third less if I did the class on my own. I still have the original fine to pay.
