A lot of what you will find in here are items that have been reclaimed or repurposed. Gives it a little bit of a crafty twist and somewhat personalized. If you want to look at it in a different light, think of this as an Etsy account brought to life. It is a great place to find a thoughtful gift for someone. To top it all off, they have vintage furniture pieces throughout the space that look like display pieces, but in reality they are up for purchase as well. Some of the furniture pieces are quite interesting and I have never seen them personally. Wedding gifts, bridal shower gifts, holiday gifts (no matter the holiday), furniture, and the list could go on. Don't worry guys, there is even things in here for you as well. They actually have a section of the space blocked off and labelled as the 'Man Cave.' Even if you do not purchase anything you can at least get yourself an idea of how to repurpose something you have or how to create something new. Hours are short, but totally doable. Better social presence, more helpful and believable employees, way better selection. In the process of changing owners, a lot of the old and less desirable clothing was deeply discounted and removed from the store (I actually got lucky and bought a sick pair of vintage leather cowgirl boots for $5 during this period). There are already so many better clothing, shoes, and accessory options. I really look forward to becoming a frequent customer here now! This location is now on par with Monroeville, Bridgeville, and McKnight. Definitely recommend!

I called ahead to ask if they were still taking buys as it was later on in the day. They confirmed that they were and I went over with my items. Mind you this is a thrift store. Not a designer brand store or marketing brand new items store. A THRIFT. STORE. I waited about 30 minutes to come back into the store and find that they weren't taking my items due to " wear" and that they were overstocked. Someone explain to me why they were still taking buys if they were overstocked??? And with clothing items you wear them obviously. On top of which if I never even wore the items they were going to give me 30% of the retail value. I didn't want to sell the clothes for profit as they are USED and HAVE WEAR. So obviously I wasn't expecting a ton of money. I just wanted to free up some closet space. Plato's closet will not be seeing me again that's for sure.
