My son accessed my internet remotely and was shocked at how slow my internet was. He has 200 meg compared to our 10. He said the internet capabilities we have are from the nineties and ridiculously expensive for the inadequate speeds. I can not stream a movie without it stopping midway to buffer. The customer service from the owners wife is deplorable. She is rude and lacking in knowledge. The service techs are very nice but can only do so much. This Company SUCKS ! I have had internet service for 2 yes all it does is buffer , I had to pay for upgrades that still buffer all the time . I am not the only person who has this trouble , I have 3 friends in Golden Valley who have exact same prob. Then their so called tech guy tells everyone same thing Its your router we all purchased new routers and same buffering problems then they say its our computers HA! I now have DataMax out of Kingman and NO BUFFERING! One set price for everyone and they are not trying to sell us routers ! Also worst customer service ever!
