There's security in the garage and never had any issues with broken cars or anything being stolen living here for the last 7 months. I love the Amazon lockers and the mail room, both had plenty space and everything is very well coordinated and organized by the people on the leasing office, never had any issues with stolen packages (and we order a lot) plus, the building really makes efforts to bond the community here by making brunch's, some nice meetings, painting, providing wrapping station with plenty of materials for Christmas gifts, also fun stuffs at his time of the year like ornament scavenger hunting, treats on Halloween and some competition of the best dessert with the community! It's been very delightful living here and I feel respected!

They get to know you and are ready and willing to help in every situation. The maintenance team is just as great they have always fixed any issue we have had either same day or at most the following work day. The apartment itself is your typical apartment basic appliances, full-size washer dryer. Cabinets are a bit out dated but all functioning. The decks are very spacious and our apartment in particular had a fantastic view of the lake. The rooms are not huge but they fit a queen in the spair room and king in master. I loved having the gas fireplace it helped keeping our power bill down. The cons: The on site parking can get tight and you only are allowed one assigned parking spot. However the office is very good at working with you for specific situations. The gym at the club house is well less than satisfactory. Very little and not much for equipment. Overall if those are the only cons I'd say it's a great place to live. Great location and very friendly neighborhood.

We have definitely had our ups and downs here in the past 3 years, and, I think most folks who post…read morereviews are sharing only bad experiences. So I will share both. The bad: We were in an apartment right next to the mini mart, and because they took down the fence between the properties to let people through to mini mart, we had several people wander over from there and sleep on our back porch. I was told that residents had requested the fence be taken down and Seasons accommodated them- I think the security issues from opening that fence greatly outweigh convenience of a thru-way! That has been our biggest complaint about living here. 1 other thing- I have seen a lot of trash being left on the walkways behind the units. Mostly food wrappers, but some larger things as well. Safety: To respond to another poster- we have had no break-ins, our cars have not been touched, no problems with neighbors, and certainly no shootings that I am aware of. Ive never heard any gunshots. I think its mostly a safe neighborhood. The good: neighbors have been very nice. Ive experienced it to be a quiet complex. Its older, but even so I think the apartments are better built than newer complexes, and the sound proofing is WAY better than Ive seen in newer apartments. For the amount of dogs here-many-I think the grounds are way cleaner than I have seen at other complexes that allow dogs. Only very occasionally do I see dog poop. Maintenance is great, on site, and very responsive/friendly. They keep up with repairs in a timely matter. The staff has been wonderful to us. My daughter is disabled and on a Sec 8 voucher- and the staff has been so kind to her, and worked hard to get her into an ADA unit. The agency responsible dragged their feet on getting her in there, but the staff was helpful every step of the way, and held the apartment open for us for 2 months while working things out with the housing agency. They were kind and persistent in working through all the obstacles. No place is perfect. We've lived at several complexes and this has been a good experience. I highly recommend the Seasons!

Maintenance is wonderful, they arrive SO FAST, there's good security around the building, and they plan cute little events with food/drinks. It's kept very clean and any issues the residents have are dealt with rapidly. They've thought of a lot of details that still make me feel like they really care about everything. :)
