I called two weeks ago to make sure everything was done and completed I was told everything was good to go and just wait for my refund. I have still not received my refund so I called again today and was informed that it hadn't been submitted to the insurance but it has now and to wait again for 10 to 14 days it should be sent. That was on Jan. 7! 32 days after having my money in their bank account. AND FOR 8 DAYS I HAD NO HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! and WHAT DID THEY MAILED IT OUT REGULAR MAIL - WITH NO URGENCY- the payment did not arrive to the Insurance Company until Jan 13 and - only because it was new policy was it 'reinstated' on Jan 14. THESE PEOPLE COULD NOT CARE LESS IF I HAD INSURANCE OR NOT FOR THOSE 8 DAYS..... AND ACTED AS IF I DID AND TOLD ME I HAD INSURANCE WHILE THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD ME I DID NOT- COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!

I had the unfortunate event that my home owners insurance with AVATAR filed for bankruptcy on 3/13/2022 and I had an open claim. With an open claim no insurance company will even give you a quote with the exception of Citizen. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I completed all necessary inspections, paper work and the application correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues. She held my hand, lend me her shoulder to cry on was more than patient with me with all of my phone calls and questions. Ana Maria is a true human that is not only doing this as her job but she actually cares for you. The end result was positive and Citizen approved our home owners insurance. I couldn't of completed this process with out the knowledge and kindness of Ana Maria and the Just Insurance Brokers.
